★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei o óculos da minha mãe dia 10 de março pra entregar até dia primeiro de abril e hoje ja é 7 e nunca nem me ligaram pra falar nada minha mãe mora na zona rural difícil acesso pra cidade ja veio duas vezes aqui procurar e ninguém da satisfação, tô pensando seriamente de mudar de ótica da próxima vez
I bought my mother's glasses on March 10th to deliver until April 1st and today it is already 7 and they never even called me to say anything my mother lives in the countryside difficult access to the city she has already come here twice to look for and no one is satisfied , I'm seriously thinking about changing my perspective next time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 06 de dezembro de 2019 comprei um óculos na loja da velha Marabá. O prazo de entrega era para o dia 30. Hoje e 16 de janeiro e eu nao recebi o óculos e se quer uma satisfação decente e aceitável. Nao recomendo a loja, nao se iludam pelo atendimento depois que vc compra eles nao oferecem nem uma água. Comprei uma peca de computador da China no dia 07 e ela ja chegou... Ja o meu óculos nada...
On December 6, 2019 I bought glasses at the store in old Marabá. The delivery deadline was for the 30th. Today is January 16th and I didn't receive the glasses and if you want a decent and acceptable satisfaction. I do not recommend the store, do not be fooled by the service after you buy they do not even offer a water. I bought a computer part from China on the 7th and it arrived ... My glasses are nowhere ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei nessa loja da Velha Marabá por ser a Óticas Diniz uma empresa de nome. Entrei com uma armação quebrada, procurando outra armação pra comprar, a vendedora tirou as lentes e foi procurar uma armação compatível. A mesma trincou minha lente no canto e logo veio dizendo que estava quebrada, como eu não estava sozinha tenho testemunha que entreguei minhas lentes perfeitas, a vendedora toda sem graça disse que dava para ajeitar cortando um pouco da lente, aceitei e agora estou no prejuizo pq comprei uma armação cara e me entregaram o óculos com a lente trincada. Óbvio que entrarei na justiça para eles me pagarem outras lentes.
Detalhe, isso foi ontem 24/05/2021.
Detalhe que mais me irritou, a gerente foi até a porta comigo e disse que sabia que foi a vendedora que trincou a lente, hoje veio com outro papo, (mentirosa).
I entered this store in Velha Marabá because Óticas Diniz is a name company. I went in with a broken frame, looking for another frame to buy, the saleswoman took off her lenses and went to look for a compatible frame. The same cracked my lens in the corner and soon came saying that it was broken, as I was not alone I have witness that I delivered my perfect lenses, the saleswoman all embarrassed said that I could fix by cutting a little of the lens, I accepted and now I'm at a loss because I bought an expensive frame and they gave me the glasses with the cracked lens. Obviously I will go to court for them to pay me other lenses.

Detail that most irritated me, the manager went to the door with me and said that she knew it was the saleswoman who cracked the lens, today she came with another chat, (liar).
