Meu marido comprou ontem 04 de fevereiro um óculos de sol nesse estabelecimento e o óculos foi dado a ele com avaria, hoje ao tentar fazer a troca DENTRO DOS SEUS DIREITOS DE CONSUMIDOR ele não foi atendido, foi orientado a PROCURAR A ASSISTÊNCIA TÉCNICA de forma despropositada, pois o ÓCULOS SAIU DA LOJA COM AVARIA. Até onde sei em até 7 dias o CONSUMIDOR TEM DIREITO A TROCA SE O PRODUTO ESTÁ COM DEFEITO DE FÁBRICA. UM ABSURDO. Era cliente da loja mas hoje não recomendo, pois se conhece a qualidade do serviço diante dos problemas e esse estabelecimento foi uma negação nesse sentido.

BAD SERVICE
My husband bought sunglasses yesterday, February 4th, at this establishment and the glasses were given to him with damage, today when trying to make the exchange WITHIN HIS CONSUMER RIGHTS he was not answered, he was instructed to SEEK TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE in an unreasonable way , because the GLASSES LEFT THE STORE WITH BREAKDOWN. As far as I know within 7 days the CONSUMER HAS THE RIGHT TO EXCHANGE IF THE PRODUCT IS WITH A FACTORY DEFECT. AN ABSURD. I was a customer of the store but today I don't recommend it, because the quality of service in the face of problems is known and this establishment was a denial in that sense.
