Solicitei o dinheiro de volta e fui atendido, pois sabia que ia demorar mais ainda para ficar pronta como desejava. Comprei o óculos em outra ótica na segunda e estou indo hoje (quarta) pegar. Voltaria a fazer negócio? Sim, mas não quando tiver precisando de um óculos com urgência.
Excelent reception. However, in addition to the delay (8 days) for low-grade glasses, the lens was changed. I asked for the money back and was taken care of, as I knew it would take even longer to be ready as I wished. I bought the glasses in another optician on Monday and I'm going to pick it up today (Wednesday). Would you do business again? Yes, but not when you need glasses urgently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por indicações e sabendo da credibilidade, escolhi fazer o meu óculos de grau nas óticas Diniz, até aqui à experiência tem sido excelente, fui levar meu óculos para fazer uma manutenção, fui atendido por pessoas maravilhosas,em questão de espera, eu esperei 10 dias para o meu óculos está pronto, eu não estava precisando urgentemente,então não foi desagradável, e em questão do preço, foi tudo bem resolvido e feito com um acordo justo, parabéns à toda equipe das Óticas Diniz!!!.
