★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pre atendimento faz de tudo pra vender mentem que é uma beleza , e logo após realizar o pagamento mostra ser de péssimo caráter. Não entrega no prazo a garantia uma merda e tratam super mal quando vc tenta resolver alguma coisa com eles.
The pre service does everything to sell they lie that it is a beauty, and right after making the payment it shows to be of terrible character. Do not deliver on time the guarantee sucks and treat super badly when you try to solve something with them.

"Fiz o óculos,veio com considerável erro de corte das lentes,que não se acoplaram na armação,e mesmo assim eles me entregaram! Erro terrível! Devolvi para o ajuste e não consigo encontrar a vendedora Marina nunca,a qual fiz a compra! Um jogando para o outro feito uma bola de basquete! Igual ao médico cirurgião que faz a cirurgia errada e ninguém mais o encontra para reclamar! Estou decepcionado, não recomendo a ninguém!!!e até agora não recebi o óculos,dependo dele para trabalhar e estou no prejuízo!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, falsas promoções, comprei 1 óculo de grau e até hoje, 3 meses depois dizem q não tem o brinde de 1 óculo de sol. Além do q eles obrigam a pessoa a fazer os óculos ou pagar a consulta oftalmológica, tudo bem se isso fosse claro antes.
Bad service, false promotions, I bought 1 eyeglass and until today, 3 months later they say they don't have the gift of 1 sunglasses. In addition to the fact that they force the person to make the glasses or pay for the ophthalmologic appointment, it would be ok if that was clear beforehand.
