foi enviado o extrato para devolução do valor.
Atendente ALEF me atendeu super bem... porem ao solicitar o financeiro para o estorno do valor nao obtive o mesmo atendimento.
ainda aguardo o estorno simples de um debito que foi feito com duplicidade.
