★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para começar excelente atendimento por telefone e presencial. Funcionárias que me atenderam não tenho os nomes agora mas foram muito simpáticas e me salvaram consertando as perninhas do meu óculos e o fizeram na hora para que eu não ficasse sem usar no fim de semana.
Agradeço pelo empenho e atenção e com certeza retornarei para fazer noovos óculos.

To start with, excellent phone and face-to-face service. Employees who attended me don't have their names now but they were very nice and saved me by fixing the legs of my glasses and did it right away so I wouldn't be left unused on the weekend.
Thank you for your commitment and attention and I will definitely return to make new glasses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A principio correu tudo bem, o problema foi que deixei uma armação la pra arrumar as astes e perderam minha armação e até hoje eles batem na tecla que entregaram de volta(detalhe não tem nennhum protocolo assinado que me foi devolvida a armação) e estou sem a minha armação. Procuramos resolver via whatsapp e ficou a palavre deles contr a minha. Não indico!
At first everything went well, the problem was that I left a frame there to clean the frame and they lost my frame and until today they hit the button they gave back (detail there is no signed protocol that the frame was returned to me) and I am without my frame. We tried to solve it via whatsapp and their word was against mine. I don't indicate!
