★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui comprar o meu óculos pois era o melhor preço da região, como dizem o barato sai caro...
Na compra do óculos, o vendedor disse que o prazo eram 3 dias úteis. Como meu grau é bastante alto, fiquei feliz por receber com essa urgência, entretanto, após assinar o contrato e realizar o pagamento, ele disse que o prazo eram 10 dias úteis... Mesmo assim aceitei e fui para casa.
Após esperar as duas semanas sem enxergar quase nada (6 graus de miopia), liguei para o estabelecimento perguntando sobre o meu óculos (era uma sexta-feira), e eles me disseram que houve um problema e meus óculos chegariam na próxima semana, na segunda-feira. Assim crendo, segunda eu liguei e a data tinha mudado (de novo), agora apenas QUINTA... Muito estressado porém sem o que fazer, esperei mais uma vez. Chegando na quinta meu óculos não estava lá OUTRA VEZ!!!! No final de tudo, a data prevista para a chegada do meu óculos era dia 13 e ele de fato chegou apenas no DIA 27!!!!
Como se não fosse o suficiente, fui buscar o óculos e ele veio com arranhões na armação, e sem o paninho para limpar...
Por fim, não recomendo jamais essa ótica para ninguém. É barato, eu sei, mas acredite em mim quando eu digo que o barato muitas vezes sai CARO!!!
I went to buy my glasses because it was the best price in the region, as they say, cheap is expensive...
When buying the glasses, the seller said that the deadline was 3 working days. As my grade is quite high, I was happy to receive with this urgency, however, after signing the contract and making the payment, he said that the deadline was 10 working days... I still accepted and went home.
After waiting two weeks without seeing almost anything (6 degrees of myopia), I called the establishment asking about my glasses (it was a Friday), and they told me there was a problem and my glasses would arrive next week, at Monday. Believing that, Monday I called and the date had changed (again), now only THURSDAY... Very stressed but with nothing to do, I waited one more time. Arriving on Thursday my glasses were not there AGAIN!!!! At the end of it all, the expected date for my glasses to arrive was the 13th and it actually only arrived on the 27th!!!!
As if that wasn't enough, I went to get the glasses and it came with scratches on the frame, and without the cloth to clean...
Finally, I never recommend this perspective to anyone. It's cheap, I know, but believe me when I say cheap is often EXPENSIVE!!!
