★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite. Fiz o oculos de grau de Laura Mendonça na otica do shopping Riomar com Daniela, com a data de entrega antes de finalizar novembro. Busquei-o no dia 26/11.
Infelizmente uma das lentes do oculos estava sem o tratamento que deixa a lente meio azulada. Estava uma transparente e uma azulada. O oculos voltou pra otica e Claudia deu a previsao de entrega para o dia 14/12.
Infelizmente ao falar com outra funcionaria,Angela, ela ja deu a previsao de 17/12.
Hoje, dia 14, recebi a ligacao de Rose dizendo que o oculos vao ser entregue dia 30 ou 31/12.
O que esta acontecendo que nao priorizan esse oculos que ja esta com mais de mes de compra? Qdo ha um erro, priorizamos o erro pra minimizar o desgosto do cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JAMAIS VOLTAREI A COMPRAR nessa loja. Não recomendo a ninguém! Comprei óculos e lentes e vieram com problema, dificultando minha adaptação. Depois de ir algumas vezes na loja para ajustes nos óculos, a fim de tentar resolver a questão, o problema continuou. Orientaram para eu voltar no oftalmo para conferir se me grau estava correto e pegar um relatório do médico para, assim, mediante relatório, a ótica resolver o problema. Fui para nova consulta, foi constatado que o grau estava correto mas havia problema na altura do grau na lente, assim, o médico recomendou trocar a lente. Para minha surpresa, quando levei o relatório para a ótica, me orientaram a ir no laboratório deles para um técnico fazer uma avaliação, ou seja, me fizeram ir no médico, depois me colocaram para andar mais, me jogando de um lado para outro. Os horários de atendimento do técnico eram bem restritos e nunca coincidiam com horários que eu podia ir. Depois de perdem meu tempo ligando, indo várias vezes na loja, andando de um lado para outro, percebi que estavam "empurrando com a barriga" que não iam resolver a questão, daí decidi cancelar a compra e comprar os óculos em outra ótica, mais confiável e mais responsável. O primeiro óculos que recebi da ótica concorrente(Pontual), já me atendeu perfeitamente, sem nenhum problema, tudo rápido e seguro. Aliás, a forma da concorrente marcar o grau é muito mais moderno, com uso de tecnologia avançada, o que gera mais confiança e precisão. Quanta às funcionárias da Santana que me atenderam, sempre simpáticas, sei que não puderam resolver o problema porque estavam apenas cumprindo ordens superiores, não podem fazem muita coisa. JAMAIS voltarei a COMPRAR na Ótica Santana.
I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN at this store. I don't recommend it to anyone! I bought glasses and lenses and they came with a problem, making it difficult for me to adapt. They advised me to go back to the ophthalmologist to check if my degree was correct and to get a report from the doctor so that the optician could solve the problem through a report. I went for another appointment, it was found that the grade was correct but there was a problem with the grade in the lens, so the doctor recommended changing the lens. To my surprise, when I took the report to the optician, they told me to go to their laboratory for a technician to do an evaluation, that is, they made me go to the doctor, then they made me walk further, throwing me from one side to the other. The technician's opening hours were very restricted and never coincided with times I could go. After they wasted my time calling, going to the store several times, walking around, I realized they were "pushing with their stomachs" that they weren't going to solve the issue, so I decided to cancel the purchase and buy the glasses in another view, more trustworthy and more responsible. The first glasses I received from the competitor optics (Pontual), already served me perfectly, without any problem, everything fast and safe. In fact, the competitor's way of scoring the grade is much more modern, using advanced technology, which generates more confidence and precision. As for the employees of Santana who attended me, always friendly, I know they couldn't solve the problem because they were just following orders from above, they can't do much. I will NEVER BUY again at Ótica Santana.
