★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo empresa desrespeitosa com o cliente, sempre fiz meus óculos por la e essa semana efetuei uma compra porem no mesmo momento desisti menos de 5 minutos eles não queriam cancelar a compra pois afirmaram que já tinham pedido a lente para o fabricante, porem pedi o cancelamento em menos de 5 minutos, queria cancelar a compra e efetuar uma nova no mês que vem pois sempre compro os óculos la e nunca tinha tido problema ate esse momento, o maior problema foi a pessoa pela qual fui atendido que me trato com descaso e sarcasmo, depois de muito pedir o cancelamento foi efetuado e essa mesma pessoa que estava me atendendo falou que não precisava da compra falando que já possuía muitos clientes.
todo esse problema poderia ser evitado e eu permaneceria cliente da loja porem não mais pelo descaso

this whole problem could be avoided and I would remain a customer of the store, but no longer because of the neglect
