E quero deixar aqui a minha gratidão pelo atendimento diferenciado da vendedora Márcia, durante todos esses anos de ótica (uso óculos desde pequena) nunca tive um atendimento como o dela.
O carinho que trata o cliente, a sabedoria a alegria contagiante, além de muito estudo para isso é preciso muito amor pela profissão.
É um ser humano único, transparente, excelente vendedora, ali já passou mtas mas como ela, nunca, em nenhuma ótica encontrei.
