Me explicaram minha dificuldade do olho , tiraram todas as minhas dúvidas na escolha das lentes ainda ganhei um lindo óculos de sol de presente ????. Fazia tempo que não recebia um atendimento tão cordial , me senti importante e acolhida . Parabéns,continuem assim , sendo ser humano,se importando com o próximo ,estão no caminho certo ,meus óculos ficaram lindos,estou muito feliz com certeza irei indicar e voltarei mais vezes .Deus ilumine a vida de vocês .
I was attended by consultants Yuri and Lucas, as soon as I entered they were super friendly offering me a delicious hazelnut cappuccino, I took it 2 times even lol. They explained my eye difficulty, took all my doubts when choosing lenses and I even got a beautiful sunglasses as a gift ????. It had been a while since I had received such cordial service, I felt important and welcomed. Congratulations, keep it up, being a human being, caring about others, you are on the right path, my glasses turned out beautiful, I'm very happy for sure I will recommend and come back more often. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Minha esposa adquiriu os óculos e foi super bem atendida ganhando um voucher de 20% de desconto. Precisava adquirir uma nova lente e fizemos um orçamento inicial com o vendedor Yuri, o qual atendeu muito bem minha esposa, e pesquisamos alguns outros lugares.
Hoje fomos na expectativa de negociar e fechar a compra mas fomos surpreendidos por um descaso enorme do vendedor. Primeiro nos deixou sozinho na loja por um tempo enorme dizendo que estava tratando o tema com o gerente. Solicitei que demonstrasse as opções para a configuração da minha lente indicando a que utilizo atualmente como base mas sequer foi capaz de apresentar as opções equivalentes. No final não apresentou opções e nem sequer concedeu o desconto do voucher. Retornamos frustrados e indignados com a postura da empresa. Seria melhor não conceder um voucher já que não estão dispostos a oferecer realmente o desconto.
Bad experience. My wife purchased the glasses and was super well taken care of, earning a 20% discount voucher. I needed to buy a new lens and we made an initial quote with the seller Yuri, who served my wife very well, and we researched some other places.
Today we went with the expectation of negotiating and closing the purchase but we were surprised by a huge lack of attention from the seller. First, he left us alone in the store for a long time, saying he was discussing the matter with the manager. I asked him to demonstrate the options for the configuration of my lens indicating the one I currently use as a base but he was not even able to present the equivalent options. In the end, he did not present options and did not even grant the voucher discount. We returned frustrated and outraged with the company's attitude. It would be better not to give a voucher as they are not willing to actually offer the discount.
