I was very well attended by SERGIO ecelentes professional note10 I had a problem with the optician vitoria that they could not fix the mistakes they made and it was not 1 time they were3 I was already married to go there, and the optician prime resolved it I have to thank them a lot for them even helping Rogerio from ZEIZZ lenses who took me to OTIKA PRIME, THANK YOU all so much??????

Que bom que chamei a sua atenção. Hoje em dia estamos cansados de sermos atendidos por pessoas despreparadas e por produtos que não fazem jus ao seu preço. O que tenho a te dizer é que se você comprar uma vez na Ótika Prime, vc está lascado rs, porque nunca mais deixará de ser cliente e, brincadeiras a parte, como é bom ser fidelizado por uma empresa, por uma vendedora como a Suelen e por um empresário como o Sérgio, que senta pra participar do atendimento e no final você sai com a sensação de que acabou de sair da casa de um amigo de longa data.

Glad I caught your attention. Nowadays we are tired of being served by unprepared people and by products that do not live up to their price. What I have to tell you is that if you buy once at Ótika Prime, you are chipped lol, because you will never stop being a customer and, joking aside, how good it is to be loyal to a company, to a salesperson like Suelen and by a businessman like Sérgio, who sits down to participate in the service and at the end you leave with the feeling that you have just left the house of a longtime friend.
