★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu estive hoje na clínica e só tenho a agradecer pelo atendimento acolhedor das secretárias e também do médico que me atendeu. Não esperei nem 2 minutos e já fui chamado para o atendimento. Tinham me indicado cirurgia no nariz em outra clínica, porém confiei mais na explicação e indicação na OTOGRUPO. Na verdade preciso tratar minha Rinite Alérgica! Obrigado de verdade, tirou um peso e um medo das minhas costas. Com certeza indicarei essa clínica para toda minha família.
I was at the clinic today and I can only be grateful for the welcoming service from the secretaries and also from the doctor who attended me. I didn't even wait 2 minutes and I was already called for assistance. I had had nose surgery in another clinic, but I trusted more in the explanation and indication in the OTOGRUPO. I actually need to treat my allergic rhinitis! Thank you really, it took a weight and a fear off my back. I will definitely recommend this clinic to my whole family.

Já fui bem atendida alguns anos mas hoje o médico, inicialmente educado passou , quando fiz perguntas para meu esclarecimento sobre determinada medicação na COVID 19, a ser mal educado, eu me senti quase interrogada e passou a entrar no campo político, saindo do campo médico, cujo esclarecimento sobre divergências eu buscava e indo para o campo político. Lamentável! Uma das atendentes ótima mas as demais visivelmente irritadas porque queriam o token e a a internet por uns
3 minutos não entrava e também quando eu tive dúvida sobre um exame e já iam fechar a clínica. Eu esperei uns 20 minutos para ser atendida mas não reclamei. Perdi a boa impressão de anos e não retornarei mais.

A recepcionista/ telefonista me deixou aguardando uns 10 minutos na linha enquanto eu escutava ela falando na clínica com outras pessoas e depois foi bem grosseira comigo... disse que não podia aguardar que eu perguntasse ao meu marido as opções de horário.. Uma pena! Meu marido era paciente do dr Portinho e eu iria pela primeira mês! Em fim, perderam 2 pacientes! Antes de desligar o telefone perguntei o nome da recepcionista e notei que ela ficou receosa em responder ...
