★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento telefônico para consulta péssima qualidade, atendentes despreparadas(presencial pior ), pacientes para fazer exames em jejum desde de manhã até a tarde sem nenhum retorno, vou passar adiante que a informação de consultas e exames não vá fazer nessa clínica. Funcionários e médicos totalmente despreparados

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive dores fortíssimas no ouvido direito, pois tinha botado um papel no ouvido que infeccionou quando pequeno. Ficou durante 2 anos, até eu resolver o problema na clínica Oto. Foi tenso. E embora o atendimento demore bastante, fui atendido prontamente. O lugar é limpo e confortável, frio e profissional. Quem me atendeu foi o dr. Hardynn, excelente profissional que me livrou da dor limpando o ouvido e tendo o Maior cuidado. Agradeço muito à ele e a essa conceituada clínica pelo tratamento.
Se consultarem-se com o dr. Hardynn, não vão se arrepender. É um cara que leva o ofício bem e trata os pacientes de modo gentil. É isso. Obrigado.
I had severe pain in my right ear, because I had put a paper in my ear that got infected when I was little. He stayed for 2 years, until I solved the problem at the Oto clinic. It was tense. And although the service takes a long time, I was answered promptly. The place is clean and comfortable, cold and professional. Dr. Hardynn, an excellent professional who freed me from pain by cleaning my ear and taking the utmost care. I am very grateful to him and to this renowned clinic for the treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente falta compromisso com o horário de atendimento pelo neurologista Leonardo de Moura. Levei minha avó (84 anos) para duas consultas com inicio do atendimento marcado para 11h e nas duas o médico chegou mais de 2 horas atrasado. Uma falta de respeito com os pacientes.
