★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom, médica muito profissional. Entretanto, todas as vezes que tenho de comparecer ao consultório, levo um chá de cadeira de no mínimo 40 minutos. Oque poderia ser corrigido, visto que já presenciei outros pacientes reclamando da demora.
Good service, very professional doctor. However, every time I have to go to the office, I take a chair tea for at least 40 minutes. Which could be corrected, as I've seen other patients complaining about the delay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para retirar cerume do ouvido e melhorar a audição, todavia, além de não melhorar a audição, pelo seu procedimento, passei a ter um barulho muito perturbador, contribuindo com a perturbação sonora do zunido, já existente!
Estava acostumado com profissionais que inseriam um líquido e retiravam o cerume, todavia ela utilizou um "novo" metodo, procurando aspirar o cerume com um canudo de metal. Ao inseri-lo, senti uma terrível dor...
Receitou-me uma formulação para pingar 3 x ao dia no ouvido, mas pelos componentes percebi que havia algo errado, deveriam ser aplicados nas narinas..., mas segui a orientação da receita!!!
Qinze dias depois recebi um aviso do meu Plano de saúde sobre dois procedimentos realizados: contestei imediatamente e bloqueei o pagamento junto ao Plano! Não deu outra, fui chamado a um "retorno" já marcado???? (Inexistente) por ela, que tentou justificar e culpar a atendente?????
Por mais de dois meses sofri com um sangramento nas narinas provocado pelo procedimento, até que fui a um Otorrinolaringologista, profissional experiente e que está resolvendo esse terrível incômodo do sangramento, todavia o novo barulho de uma campainha está instaurado, acredito que será para sempre!
Ah! Um detalhe: no "retorno" prescreveu um monte de antibióticos e uma nova formulação para pingar, agora, nas narinas!
Mostrei a receita com o seu erro, por escrito, na orientação para aplicação! Pediu desculpas pela orientação anterior errada!!!?????

Bem, depois de um longo e eficaz tratamento feito por um profissional competente, os sintomas advindos pelos procedimentos incorretos, foram eliminados!!!

She was used to professionals who inserted a liquid and removed the wax, however she used a "new" method, trying to aspirate the wax with a metal straw. As I inserted it, I felt a terrible pain...
I was prescribed a formulation to drip 3 times a day in the ear, but from the components I realized that there was something wrong, they should be applied to the nostrils..., but I followed the prescription's guidance!!!
Fifteen days later I received a notice from my Health Plan about two procedures carried out: I contested immediately and blocked the payment with the Plan! There was no other, I was called to a "return" already scheduled???? (Non-existent) by her, who tried to justify and blame the attendant?????
For more than two months I suffered from bleeding in the nostrils caused by the procedure, until I went to an Otolaryngologist, an experienced professional who is solving this terrible bleeding discomfort, however the new noise of a bell is installed, I believe it will be forever!
Oh! A detail: in the "return" he prescribed a lot of antibiotics and a new formulation to drip, now, in the nostrils!
