Fujam! São péssimas! Não sei como a dona ainda está trabalhando: contratamos uma residência de alto padrão e temos: paredes tortas, bancadas fora de medida, vaso sanitário sem pressão, pintura mal feita e a construtora não atendeu o chamado de garantia! Pesquise as ações contra eles, nós seremos mais uma! Não contrate elas e nem o estúdio de arquitetura que funciona no mesmo prédio.
Estejam a vontade de visitarem a nossa casa... e poderão entender e sentir toda nossa insatisfação, infelizmente!

Run! They suck! I do not know how the owner is still working: we have hired a high standard residence and we have: bent walls, countertops that are out of measure, toilet without pressure, poorly painted and the construction company did not answer the guarantee call! Research the actions against them, we will be one more! Do not hire them or the architecture studio that works in the same building.
Feel free to visit our home ... and you will be able to understand and feel all our dissatisfaction, unfortunately!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima construtora, não se iluda com o instagram deles. Eles apagam todas as críticas, assim como do facebook. Entregaram nossa casa com diversos problemas: hidráulica, peças faltando e usaram acabamentos de má qualidade! Veja as fotos! NÃO JOGUE SEU DINHEIRO NO LIXO.

- PORTAS E BATENTES DANIFICADOS
- COLOCARAM E QUEBRARAM A BANCADA NOSSA PIA
- O VIDRO EM CIMA DAS PAREREDES, DIZEM ELES QUE É UMA CLARABOIA.
- O VERNIZ DO MADEIRAMWENTO DESCACOU EM TRÊS MESES!
- ENTREGARAM A CASA INCOMPLETA, FALTANDO GUARNIÇÕES, - TOTALMENTE SUJA, COM RESTOS DE MATERIAL DE CONSTRUÇÃO E ACAMENTOS DO BANHEIRO FALTANDO!
PURA IMCOMPETÊNCIA! FUJA!

Terrible builder, don't be fooled by their instagram. They erase all criticism, as well as Facebook. They delivered our house with several problems: hydraulics, missing parts and used poor quality finishes! See the pictures! DO NOT DROP YOUR MONEY IN THE GARBAGE.

- DAMAGED DOORS AND STOPPERS
- THE PLACE AND BREAKDOWN OUR Sink WORKBENCH
- THE GLASS ABOVE THE WALLS, THEY SAY THAT IT'S A HARNESS.
- THE MADEIRAMWENTO VARNISH WAS DISCONNECTED IN THREE MONTHS!
- DELIVERED THE INCOMPLETE HOUSE, MISSING GUARDS, - TOTALLY DIRTY, WITH REMAINING CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL AND BATHROOM ACCESSORIES MISSING!
