Eles tinham me entregado apenas o projeto, eles tinham mais 3 etapas a cumprir e na primeira conversa não iam me devolver nada, nenhum momento pedi devolução integral, apenas proporcional ao que já tinham feito, eles alegaram que estava no contrato. Depois de efetuar avaliação negativa no Facebook me ofereceram devolução de 30%, enfim, não aceitei, não achei justo. Se forem fechar contrato, questionem essa cláusula, nós como clientes, temos o poder de escolha, não aceitem, questionem, existem profissionais mais flexíveis, exijam cláusula com rescisão proporcional ao oferecido, com percentuais estabelecidos.
I didn't want to proceed with the work and had already paid 100% of the amount for them. They had just given me the project, they had 3 more steps to complete and in the first conversation they were not going to give me back anything, I never asked for a full return, just proportional to what they had already done, they claimed it was in the contract. After making a negative evaluation on Facebook, I was offered a 30% refund, anyway, I didn't accept it, I didn't think it was fair. If you are going to close a contract, question this clause, we as customers, we have the power to choose, do not accept, question, there are more flexible professionals, demand a clause with termination proportional to the offered, with established percentages.
