★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero deixar uma reclamação em relação a minha experiência nesse pesqueiro, conheci esse estabelecimento o ano passado na pandemia, em um dia que almocei com meu esposo e gostei bastante, porém devido a pandemia estavam atendendo apenas pedidos de prato feito, na data de hoje dia 27/03/2022 retornei ao pesqueiro para almoçar com meu esposo e levamos como convidados meus sogros e minha cunhadas, hoje o almoço era serv self, nos dirigimos ao local onde os alimentos ficam expostos para serem servidos e começamos a nos servir, no momento em que eu estava escolhendo os meus alimentos para comer tive dúvida de um dos cardápios e perguntei para o atendente da pesagem qual prato era aquele o mesmo com cara de deboche me respondeu que era “lavagem “ fiquei surpresa e perguntei novamente qual prato era ele repetiu lavagem, vendo minha expressão de indignação o mesmo respondeu que não sabia, no momento tive vontade de largar o prato e ir embora , mais em respeito aos meus convidados nãos o fiz, continuei me servindo, terminei meu almoço e fui embora com a certeza que nunca mais voltarei a esse estabelecimento que este funcionário não sabe respeitar os clientes!
Oba: não realizei reclamação formal a gerência para evitar aborrecimentos e discussões já que eu estava com minha família
 I want to leave a complaint about my experience in this fishery, I met this establishment last year during the pandemic, on a day I had lunch with my husband and I really enjoyed it, but due to the pandemic they were only taking orders for a dish made, on today's date 03/27/2022 I returned to the fishing boat to have lunch with my husband and we took my in-laws and sisters-in-law as guests, today lunch was serv self, we went to the place where the food is exposed to be served and we started to serve ourselves, at the moment when I was choosing my food to eat I had a question about one of the menus and asked the weigh-in attendant which dish was the same with a mocking face he replied that it was “washing” I was surprised and asked again which dish it was he repeated washing, seeing my expression of indignation, he replied that he didn't know, at the moment I wanted to leave the plate and leave, but out of respect for my guests I didn't, I continued to serve myself, finished my lunch and left with the certainty that I will never go back to this establishment because this employee doesn't know how to respect customers!
Oba: I didn't make a formal complaint to the management to avoid annoyance and discussions since I was with my family
