Tive que perguntar se iam me atender ou não. E ainda responderam de forma super direta nem dando outras opções ao que eu gostaria. Se pelo WhatsApp é assim, em que afirmam no Instagram que fazem venda por esse meio, imagina presencial.
Terrible service by WhatsApp, after more than 1 day of sending the message, and the store viewing it and completely ignoring it, I asked a new question and continued to be ignored. I had to ask if they were going to see me or not. And they still responded in a super direct way, not giving other options to what I would like. If it's like that at WhatsApp, when they say on Instagram that they sell through this means, imagine in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just before we were going on vacation, my wife stepped on her ring (by accident), so we went to the mall to get it fixed. Down in the basement, there is this jewelry repair shop that we found quite by accident. I never knew it was there until the week before I needed it (good timing!)
It’s associated with Ouro e Hora (Gold & Time), a very nice jewelry store on the main floor of the Manaira Shopping Mall. We dropped off the ring to see if they could straighten it out, along with a piece of silver jewelry to be polished. They told us to come back in an hour. And when we did, the ring was fixed and the silver necklace was shining like when it was brand new. The work they did was very thorough and well-done. The cost was inexpensive. I’d have to say I was very satisfied and for the work they did, I have to give this place 5 stars.
