★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um péssimo atendimento, a moça da recepção ai é uma pomba lesa.... Minha mãe e minha irmã e sobrinhos saíram de Altamira ontem 09/01/2020 por volta das 9:30 am. Chegaram em Uruará era 14:00pm o ônibus havia quebrado.. não deram uma solução, pessoal ficou jogado em frente essa tal "rodoviária" não pagaram hotel nem mandaram ônibus reserva pra fazer baldeação. A moça da ag ficou foi sorrindo com cara de deboche pra minha mãe falando que ela não poderia fazer nada... E estão lá até agora. São 8:26 am dia 10/01/2020. Nem café da manhã eles pagaram pra os passageiros....
A terrible service, the girl at the reception there is a dove lesa .... My mother and my sister and nephews left Altamira yesterday 09/09/2020 around 9:30 am. Arrived in Uruará was 14:00 pm the bus had broken .. did not give a solution, staff was thrown in front of this "bus" did not pay hotel or sent bus to make change. The girl from ag was smiling with mocking face to my mother saying she could do nothing ... And they are there so far. It's 8:26 am on 01/10/2020. Nor breakfast they paid for the passengers ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em comparação com os outros ônibus que circulam pela transamazônica esses sao os melhores, todos que já andei possuem ar condicionado, agua disponível para os passageiros, assentos confortáveis e alguns com apoiadores de pés. Na grande maioria os ônibus estão limpos, com sacolas descartáveis e banheiro funcionando. A grande maioria dos motoristas se apresentam falam sobre o trajeto e horário previsto para chegada. Apenas uma observação para a empresa, poderia ver a situação dos animais que serão transportados nos veículos. Mesmo alguns sendo de pequeno porte, sedados, com vacinação em dia e laude veterinário, não é possível levá-los dentro do ônibus.
Compared to the other buses that run through the transamazônica, these are the best ones, everyone I've ever been with has air conditioning, water available for passengers, comfortable seats and some with foot supporters. In the great majority the buses are clean, with disposable bags and bathrooms running. The vast majority of drivers present themselves talk about the route and the expected time of arrival. Just an observation for the company, could see the situation of animals that will be transported in vehicles. Even some being small, sedated, with vaccination up-to-date and veterinarian laude, it is not possible to get them inside the bus.
