Good price, but poor service, disorganized, dirty and bad infrastructure, not to mention that they made an appointment saying that it would be ready, I got there on time and had not even started.

Service leaves something to be desired .... brand for delivery and when you go to the place it is closed ... an uncompromise with the customer .... and the phone numbers you put does not answer ...... a disregard with customers do not refer anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Levei três livros para xerocar em uma sexta feira com a promessa de recebe-los no sábado à tarde e o trabalho não tinha nem começado. O dono me pediu para pega-los na segunda de manhã. Fui lá de manhã e de tarde e ele não abriu a loja. E o pior é que ele não atende nenhum telefone de contato. Se puder evitem esse local, total falta de responsabilidade e respeito.
Terrible attendance. I took three books to check on a Friday with the promise of receiving them on Saturday afternoon and the work hadn't even started. The owner asked me to pick them up on Monday morning. I went there in the morning and in the afternoon and he didn't open the store. And the worst thing is that he doesn't answer any contact phone. If you can avoid this place, total lack of responsibility and respect.
