Após minha quarta tentativa de tentar encontrar um serviço digno do padrão Outback, definitivamente jogo a toalha e dou os parabéns a toda equipe e gerente desse estabelecimento. Todas a vezes o atendimento demorado, o péssimo atendimento, o garçom que some e a comida mal preparada

After my fourth attempt at finding service worthy of the Outback standard, I definitely throw in the towel and congratulate the entire staff and manager of this establishment. Every time the slow service, the bad service, the waiter that disappears and the food poorly prepared

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente outback há tempos... e o atendimento dessa filial me surpreendeu na última vez que fui. Excelente, comida quentinha e delícia... drink gelado e chegou rápido... pãozinho quentinho e macio... fora o atendimento desde a recepção até a saída...destaco o atendimento do Mauricio, excelente... tentarei sempre ser atendida por ele. A única coisa que não gostei, mas é questão mesmo de escolha são as mesas ao lado da passagem de pessoas.. mas há opções reservadas. Acredito que em breve o espaço ficará pequeno para uma possível demanda.
I've been an outback customer for a while... and the service at this branch surprised me the last time I went. Excellent, hot and delicious food... cold drink and it arrived quickly... warm and soft bread... apart from the service from reception to departure...I highlight Mauricio's excellent service... I will always try to be attended to by him. The only thing I didn't like, but it's really a matter of choice, are the tables beside the people's passage... but there are reserved options. I believe that soon the space will be small for a possible demand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falar do sabor é chover no molhado, é tudo maravilhoso, como diz a propaganda de uma certa lanchonete: “Amo tudo isso”. O atendimento é excelente, a educação dos funcionários e a gerente da parte da tarde da sexta-feira Santa, muito cortêz e sempre a postos para solucionar qualquer problema. Ansioso por voltar lá e saborear aquelas delícias.
Talking about the flavor is like raining on the wet, everything is wonderful, as the advertisement of a certain snack bar says: “I love all of this”. The service is excellent, the employees are polite and the manager in the afternoon on Good Friday is very courteous and always ready to solve any problem. Looking forward to going back there and savoring those delights.

Já fui em vários, dos EUA, Curitiba, São Paulo e do Rio de Janeiro, do Nova América, Shopping Metropolitano, do Barra etc. Outback da Ilha do Governador é o PIOR, nem parece Outback. Funcionários mal treinados, a cozinha está sempre com problemas, comida abaixo do padrão do restaurante, uma hora pra receber o “pãozinho” de entrada e o pedido principal nem se fala. Foi a quinta vez que fomos e a última. Saímos sem comer nada após 1h e 20min esperando. Uma DECEPÇÃO! Voltarei a frequentar o da Barra ou do Nova América, pois o da Ilha não voltamos mais!
Worst Outback in the world! I've been to several, in the USA, Curitiba, São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, Nova América, Shopping Metropolitano, Barra etc. Governor's Island Outback is the WORST, it doesn't even look like Outback. Poorly trained staff, the kitchen is always having problems, food below the restaurant's standard, an hour to receive the “bun” at the start and the main order is not even mentioned. It was the fifth time we went and the last. We left without eating anything after 1h and 20min waiting. A DISAPPOINTMENT! I will go back to the one in Barra or Nova América, because the one in Ilha will never come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente é o mesmo dos outros Outback. Bem arejado. O atendimento é muito ruim. Foi um passa e repassa de atendimento que no final não sabia mais quem atendia. Passaram para um auxiliar, e depois para um garçom e depois para o outro. Demoraram muito para iniciar o atendimento. A bebida demorou um pouco para chegar, e a comida também, mas estava boa. Na hora de pagar demorou muito. Incrível até para pagar demora. No final não teve gorjeta e nem mereceram. O atendente ficou chateado, mas não interessa. Atendimento ruim, sem gorjeta. Nota um para o Outback.
The atmosphere is the same as the other Outbacks. Well ventilated. The service is very bad. It was a pass and a pass of attendance that in the end did not know who attended anymore.
