★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt the need to leave a review at this was our third visit with bad issue. We have been here alot in the past with no problems which is why we give it a chance.
First two visit I had a glass which was not cleaned and food on the glass from the machine, my partners steak was cold in parts and mine majorly undercooked. We were understanding and let it go. Although it is a pricey restaurant and the price does not warrant such problems with our meals on two occasions. We returned as when they get it right its really good!! But again unfortunately we found lipstick on our glass which was not cleaned properly for a second time.
This is a serious issue that you are not cleaning your glasses and tablewear correctly. This is how diseases are transmitted, there has been numerous cases of people being hospitalized from using dirty glasses believe it or not. I imagine approximately thirty people used that glass before me. Its unacceptable and now we wont return. You lost very good customers and should address these problems fast before your reputation rapidly declines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the restaurant is big and cosy. the waiters are welcoming and cheerful. the food is delicious and excluisve. the price is reasonable. it varies from 30 to 60 reais. the problem is that it is always full of people and you often have to wait in line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only good thing is the server's attitude, i ordered a burger and some fries. The fries were ridiculously salty not to mention it came cold. The burger wasn't particularly hot but rather lukewarm and had a very odd taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came for late lunch and we’re taken to our table where the waiter took our order for drinks and served us the complimentary bread. 2 minutes later, the manager (?) comes to advise us that they are closing at 3pm which gave us 10 minutes to eat and drink our full pints. Finally, we were “allowed” to stay until 3.20 pm and had enough time to order and eat the chicken wings which were… disgusting. Dripping with oil, not crispy at all - as pictured and the taste was horrible.
Not coming back though our plan was to get the t-bones which are the most expensive cut they offer.
