★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar claustrofóbico. Acho que esse é o menor local para pratica de crossfit que eu já vi. "Instrutora" muito despreparada no trato com o público arrogante e sem paciência.
Claustrophobic place. I think this is the smallest crossfit spot I've ever seen. "Instructor" very unprepared in dealing with the arrogant public and without patience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just came to Rio de Janeiro for Crossfit Games Regional competition over this weekend and stoped by to Outbox Crossfit. The cost per day is 70 RL around 22 dollars, really expensive just for one hour, is a really small place where you can barely train if there is nobody else around. Don’t recommend
