Me venderam um colchão com o valor errado, não entregaram no prazo e o “gerente “ muito incompetente falou que não fazia questão de me entregar, pois a vendedora tinha passado o valor errado. E detalhe, eu deixei o colchão pago!!! Não me entregaram conforme o combinado, e estão enrolando pra me devolver o dinheiro. Pessoas muito incompetentes e sem o mínimo de respeito pelos clientes. O pior atendimento da minha vida!! Não se arrisquem a comprar com essas inúteis e picaretas!

EFETUEI UMA COMPRA 13SET17 de um colchão de casal com garantia de 3 anos, com término de 13Set2020, onde em nov19 as molas vieram a se soltar, sendo que fiz contato com o Sr Israel da loja Harry Danemberg é relatei o seguinte problema onde fora retirado o meu é deixado um para o realizar o devido reparo bem inferior é altura diferente, mas diante da situação acreditei que seria rapido pois encontra se na garantia o qual o problema perdura por 8 meses, sem retorno e bem como sem o colchão o qual fiz aquisição na data isso é uma grande falta de respeito junto ao consumidor. O Sr Israel havia pedido uns dias para resolver alguns problemas devido a pandemia e devido não me retornar me desloquei a loja onde tive conhecimento que não faz mas parte da sociedade é me passaram o endereço que poderia encontra lo é chegando ao local o Sr Israel havia fechado o galpão da Travessa avenida Itaquera é abrindo uma nova loja com o nome de Easy na avenida Marechal Tito, 2578 me desloquei até a msm é fui atendida pelo Sr Danilo onde passei o referido problema, o qual informou que passaria a situação ao Sr Israel é me retornaria o qual falou pra eu resolver na loja que comprei e falasse com.o Sr Fernando esse é o atendimento que temos desse péssimo proprietário que não tem respeito algum fora que até hj não me.deu minha nota fiscal onde seria entregue junto com o colchão.
