★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive nessa loja e ao estacionar em uma de suas vagas cortesia em frente a loja um morador de rua mal encarado pediu se podia cuidar , respondi que não precisava por estar em frente a loja e ser rápido o que iria comprar . Ao sair notei dois riscos em meu carro do lado do motorista . Notei que a loja tinha câmera de segurança . Entrei novamente e pedi para verem pelo sistema de monitoramento se realmente tinha sido o pedinte ou se estava equivocado . A funcionária me disse que não teria como ver na hora e que eu deixasse meu contato que iria pedir para os responsáveis pelas imagens olharem e que iria me dar uma resposta assim que possível . Amanhã fazem três meses do ocorrido e nada de resposta até agora . Pela falta de segurança mesmo eu sendo um homem e tendo 1.89 de altura , e também pelo pouco caso , não recomendo essa unidade . Talvez esse seja um dos motivos que a unidade de Sumaré tenha fechado . Respeito ao cliente é de extrema importância para que qualquer empresa prospere . Lembrando que a melhor propaganda que existe apesar de não ter custo algum , ainda é a boca a boca .

The employee told me that she would not be able to see it at the time and that I would leave my contact who would ask those responsible for the images to look at it and that she would give me an answer as soon as possible. Tomorrow it will be three months since the incident and no response so far. Due to the lack of security, even though I am a man and I am 1.89 meters tall, and also because of the inconsistency, I do not recommend this unit. Perhaps this is one of the reasons that the Sumaré unit has closed. Respect for the customer is of utmost importance for any company to prosper. Remembering that the best advertising there is, despite having no cost, is still word of mouth.
