 I have no complaints. I was well attended, the prices of first-line tires have market values and I purchased a package to make revisions of the alignment for a year. Service ok.

A atendente é gentil, porém quando optamos por comprar 2 pneus normais ao invés do Run Flat original do carro, um senhor extremamente grosseiro veio falar que era um absurdo e que então ele preferia não vender o pneu normal pra nós. Saímos de lá sem a compra do pneu, mesmo o normal servindo para o carro(confirmado por concessionária autorizada).
Não recomendo!!!! Ou faz da maneira deles ou não faz. Muita falta de respeito com o cliente.

The attendant is kind, but when we chose to buy 2 normal tires instead of the original Run Flat of the car, an extremely rude man came to say that it was absurd and that he preferred not to sell the normal tire to us. We left there without buying a tire, even the normal one used for the car (confirmed by an authorized dealership).
I do not recommend!!!! You either do it their way or you don't. A lot of lack of respect for the customer.

Os caras não podem ver uma mulher que acham que vão faturar em cima com serviços desnecessários.
Comprei 4 pneus novos pela internet com instalação grátis nesta loja.
Mas foi só o a carro subir no elevador que o "mecânico" apareceu com uma lista de serviços (+/- R$ 2.900,00) praticamente condenando o veículo e com seguinte frase amedrontadora: "Se não fizer os serviços aqui os pneus perdem a garantia"
Levei o carro no mecânico do meu pai e os serviços urgentes eram somente a troca das buchas (R$ 120,00) e o alinhamento, balancemaneto feito na Alinhauro (R$ 140) , total R$ 260

The guys can't see a woman who they think will be billing up with unnecessary services.
I bought 4 new tires over the internet with free installation at this store.
But it was only after the car went up in the elevator that the "mechanic" came up with a list of services (+/- R $ 2,900.00) practically condemning the vehicle and with the following frightening phrase: "If you don't do the services here, the tires lose their Warranty"
I took the car to my father's mechanic and the urgent services were just the replacement of the bushings (R $ 120.00) and the alignment, balancemaneto made at Alinhauro (R $ 140), total R $ 260

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A única mancada foi que tive que esperar 3 horas a mais porque na troca de uma peça, tiveram que buscar o produto na unidade de Guarulhos. Deveriam estar mais preparados para as demandas de fim de ano.
The only blunder was that I had to wait 3 more hours because when changing a part, they had to pick up the product at the Guarulhos unit. They should be better prepared for the demands of the end of the year.
