★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Vendedores com má vontade em atender. Fiquei mais de 15 minutos sem atendimento na loja e quando fui atendida mal me passaram informações sobre os produtos e ao sair, por não ter comprado (claro) a vendedora virou as costas fazendo pouco caso. Não indico.
Terrible attendance. Sellers unwilling to attend. I had no service for more than 15 minutes at the store and when I was attended to, I was barely given any information about the products and when I left, for not having bought (of course) the seller turned her back, making light of it. I don't indicate.

Ficamos mais de 6 minutos parados, os vendedores todos conversando, olhavam pra nós, nem se deram o trabalho de levantar. Quando chamamos uma vendedora, veio até nós como se estivesse sendo obrigada a trabalhar. Falamos de nossa insatisfação quanto ao tempo de atendimento e, não bastasse não nos atender e nem perguntar o que queríamos, a vendedora ficou rindo da situação. Saímos sem entender absolutamente nada o que aconteceu e só quando chegamos em casa conseguimos assimilar a falta de educação com a qual fomos tratados. Nunca mais pisaremos na loja, esperamos que os funcionários sejam orientados e treinados para tratar corretamente os clientes, isso é inadmissível.
Today, 7/29/21 my mother-in-law and I went to the store to analyze a sofa to buy. We stood for more than 6 minutes, the sellers all talking, looking at us, not even bothering to get up. When we called a saleswoman, she came to us as if she was being forced to work. We talked about our dissatisfaction with the service time and, as it wasn't enough not to answer us or ask what we wanted, the seller was laughing at the situation. We left with absolutely no understanding of what happened and only when we got home were we able to assimilate the lack of politeness with which we were treated. We will never step into the store again, we expect employees to be guided and trained to treat customers correctly, this is unacceptable.
