★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quero dizer que gostei dos produtos da loja, porém uma das roupas da minha filha ficou grande e quando fui trocar a vendedora me informou que a calça não fazia parte do conjunto, dando a entender que eu havia trocado e queria " trapacear", insistindo que eu havia deixado a calça em casa. Achei um absurdo pois da mesma maneira que comprei as peças cheguei em casa e apenas experimentei na minha filha e vi que não serviu e já devolvi dentro da sacola, para futura troca, não tenho culpa se vcs não conferem seus produtos, e ainda ficam me insinuando que estou trapaceando. Gostei da loja, mais nunca mais volto. FALTA DE RESPEITO COM O CLIENTE.
I mean that I liked the products in the store, but one of my daughter's clothes became big and when I went to change the saleswoman informed me that the pants were not part of the set, implying that I had changed and wanted to "cheat", insisting that I had left the pants at home. I thought it was absurd because the same way I bought the pieces I got home and just tried it on my daughter and saw that it didn’t fit and returned it in the bag, for future exchange, it’s not my fault if you don’t check your products, and they are still me hinting that I'm cheating. I liked the store, I'll never be back. LACK OF RESPECT WITH THE CUSTOMER.
