Lack of commitment, my chairs are late for delivery, I bought it on 12/09 and still no delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até a loja em setembro pois precisava com uma certa urgência de um sofá, fui atendida muito bem pela Mirtes, que teve a infelicidade de me vender um sofá com dois puffs que no qual me deu muito problema, montadores tentaram resolver o problema mas não conseguiram, então falei pra eles levarem embora o sofá pois não ia ficar com ele sem poder usar... Com tudo isso descobrir que os puffs tbm são perigosos por ter 3 pés eles tombam com muita facilidade... Entrei em contato com a loja falando sobre o perigo e eles me ignoraram.... Então depois de dois meses consegui trocar meu sofá por um não do meu agrado e os puffs ainda não consegui trocar... E muito lamentável saber que vc compra uma coisa no qual é perigoso tenho uma criança de 2 anos que já caiu 3 vezes e nem assim eles me dão resposta e muito lamentável a compra e pós compra!!!!
I went to the store in September because I needed a sofa with a certain urgency, I was very well assisted by Mirtes, who had the misfortune of selling me a sofa with two puffs which gave me a lot of trouble, assemblers tried to solve the problem but not they did it, so I told them to take away the sofa because I wasn't going to keep it without being able to use it... With all this discovering that the puffs are also dangerous because they have 3 feet they fall very easily... I contacted the store talking about the danger and they ignored me.... So after two months I managed to change my sofa for one I didn't like and the puffs still couldn't change... It's very unfortunate to know that you buy something in which it's dangerous I have a 2 year old child who has already fallen 3 times and they still don't give me an answer and it's very regrettable the purchase and post purchase!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei de comprar neste Outlet. Entregaram fora do prazo. O Sofá que comprei, tem que ficar encostado na parede, se não vira para traz. Quando senta, nota- se que afunda. Não recomendo. Vou ter que comprar outro Sofá ou contratar um carpinteiro para reforçar o sofá.
I didn't like shopping at this outlet. They delivered out of time. The sofa I bought has to be leaning against the wall, otherwise it will turn back. When you sit down, you can see that it sinks. I do not recommend. I'll have to buy another sofa or hire a carpenter to reinforce the sofa.

O transtorno e além da expectativa pois a gente se programa, abre mão de horários e disponibiliza total o tempo de aguardo e nada.
Ao tentar resolver diretamente na loja que foi comprada, é um total jogo de empurra para o atendimento, passando assim os dias além do prazo de entrega. Se quer dao um retorno
