★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento por parte da recepção foi excelente em contra partida, o Dr Pablo tratou o paciente com total indiferença e sarcasmo. Falta de profissionalismo e interesse ao auxílio ao trabalhador. Não deveria estar prestando atendimento ao público.
The service by the reception was excellent in contrast, Dr Pablo treated the patient with total indifference and sarcasm. Lack of professionalism and interest in helping the worker. I shouldn't be serving the public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital São Bernardo atendimento péssimo, não estão nem aí para vc,eu entendo que quiseram colocar vários convênios para atender,mas que culpa temos, estão mandando funcionários embora e a demanda é gde. Qdo liga a telefonista passa a ligação e não atendem,fiquei 40 minutos esperando e tive que ir ao hospital para saber da minha mãe. O que adianta reformar deixar choque sendo que nos tratam que nem lixo.Fiquwi sabendo que a diretoria que deve ser muito boa sabe das reclamações e não toma atitude.Muito boa essa administração, tá esperando o que?
Hospital São Bernardo terrible service, they don't give a damn about you, I understand that they wanted to put in several agreements to assist you, but what is our fault, they are sending employees away and the demand is great. When you call, the operator passes the call and they don't answer, I waited 40 minutes and had to go to the hospital to find out about my mother. What's the point of reforming, leaving shock when they treat us like rubbish. I found out that the board, which must be very good, knows about the complaints and doesn't take any action. This administration is very good, what are you waiting for?

O meu marido desmaiou dentro do banheiro da nossa casa, imediatamente levei para o Hospital São Bernardo acreditando que lá poderiam socorre lo, mas... o atendimento na enfermeira foi horrível. Primeiramente fui bem tratada pela médica, em seguida triagem, mas qdo cheguei na enfermaria, Ele começou a passar mal novamente, fui pedir pra enfermeira verificar o que estava acontecendo, a mesma foi grossa e disse que tinha que aguardar. O meu marido desmaiou, caiu da cadeira, arrebentou o rosto, resumindo... Está enternado e a suspeita é de de infarto. Não aconselho ninguém procurar esse hospital. Tudo isso aconteceu no dia 12/12/21. Aproximadamente às 9h.
Total lack of respect for the human lord. My husband passed out in the bathroom of our house, I immediately took him to the Hospital São Bernardo, believing that they could help him there, but... the care provided by the nurse was horrible. First, I was treated well by the doctor, then triage, but when I arrived at the ward, he started to feel sick again, I went to ask the nurse to check what was happening, she was rude and said I had to wait. My husband passed out, fell out of his chair, broke his face, in short... He's buried and the suspicion is of a heart attack. I don't advise anyone to look for this hospital. All this happened on 12/12/21. At approximately 9 am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo unidade de pronto atendimento Taboão SBC ,nessa madrugada precisei socorrer meu pai com forte dor no abdômen chegando já péssimo atendido recepção uma pessoa quase desmaiando de dor tem q aguarda isso q não havia nenhum outro paciente no local, achando que a recepção seria o pior ao deparar com um enfermeiro no qual faz a triagem cidadão chinelos havaianas trabalhando muito mal educado não respeitando que uma pessoa de 60 anos tem que ser acompanhada ainda mais uma pessoa com dor a ponto de desmaiar quase, educação alguma ficou todo bravo porque disse que iria acompanhar o meu pai não iria abandoná-lo pois meu pai tem 65 anos e tenho direito cuja está uma placa afixada dentro do pronto atendimento Taboão péssimo atendimento e cidadão não tem condições aliás trabalhando de chinelo como se tivesse na casa dele tenho fotos comprovando

Sem atendimento médico quase uma hora e meia apenas duas crianças na frente esperando também....por falta do remédio controlado tem que vir ao upa quando da crise tomar bezetacil
A ficha da criança até se perdeu junto com a de adulto ou seja funcionário despreparado
Então a reclamação está feita se algo vim a acontecer agravando o quadro de Joaquim Cassiano de Assis..abrirei uma ocorrência não tenha dúvida e permaneço aqui na espera....
