★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência aqui está sendo a pior de todas estou aqui com meu sobrinho de quatro anos para fazer uma cirurgia de ernia estava marcado para 12:30 ate agora nada já e 17:00 horas esta correto isso a ultúlt refeição dele foi quatro horas da manhã gente pelo amor de Deus vamos ter ter mais respeito

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E uma vergonha pessoas que chegaram pela manhã não foram atendidas ainda pessoas que chegaram atarde estam sendo atendidas isso não existe preferência , porque não revesam 2 de cada pra liberar as pessoas do horário da manhã

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixar aqui a minha indignação com a médica nilsemary alecar cruz que atende na Hapvida do bairro monte castelo em Fortaleza, altamente mal educada , totalmente sem compromisso com o horário,minha filha prematura estava com a consulta marcada pra 12:16hr as 14 horas ainda não tinha sido atendida ,foi reclamar com ela,ela saiu nos corredores falando altíssimo comigo,apartir disso meu plano será cancelado.
Fora a infraestrutura péssima.
