★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de deixar um feedback bem positivo sobre a ouvidoria de Br. hÁ meses estava pedindo a troca ou conserto da lampada de nosso poste, sempre falavam que iam resolver e nada, até que semana passada liguei para os serviços publicos e me informaram o numero da ouvidoria, nossa! queria ate lembrar o nome da atendende que foi super simpatica comigo, graças a Deus hoje dia 30 de junho a equipe da portland01, esteve aqui no local e consertou, estou muito feliz, menos de duas semanas e o prazo era de 15 dias. muito obrigada a prefeitura, muito obrigada a equipe da ouvidoria, voces são note 10000.
I would like to leave a very positive feedback about Br's ombudsman. For months I had been asking for the replacement or repair of the lamp on our pole, they always said they would solve it and nothing, until last week I called the public services and they informed me the number of the ombudsman, wow! I even wanted to remember the name of the attendant who was super nice to me, thank God today, June 30, the portland01 team was here and fixed it, I'm very happy, less than two weeks and the deadline was 15 days. thank you very much to the city hall, thank you very much to the ombudsman team, you are note 10000.
