Eu vinha sofrendo com uma perca auditiva, até conseguir uma otorrinolaringologista que me indicou a Ouvir Bem, dai fiz a consulta e já amei, fiz o teste com os aparelhos e já sai com eles e não deixo de usar por nada, minha vida mudou completamente, consigo interagir bem, a qualidade do som excelente, adaptação imediata, então se você sofre de algum distúrbio auditivo não sinta medo, procure uma a melhor profissional. Garantia de superar o problema e satisfação total. Ela foi meu anjo, uma profissional totalmente humana, atenciosa, disponibilizando dos melhores e mais sofisticados aparelhos e acessórios para o mesmo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profissional com falta de humanidade, visa apenas a venda, depois que vc efetuar a compra as coisa mudam. Antes de comprar o parelho da marca rexton ela (Dra. Clarissa) disponibilizou dois intra auricular para teste. depois que efetuei a compra de 2 aparelhos no valor de R$8.000,00. com apenas 10 meses de uso um dos aparelho já apresentou problemas, solicitei um aparelho enquanto retornava o do reparo e a Dra. me negou, além do mais disse que vou ter que esperar mais de 2 meses pelo reparo. só quem tem perca auditiva sabe o quando é angustiante passar um dia sem o aparelho quanto mais 2 meses. Quer dizer que só tem aparelho disponível antes de vender ?? NAO RECOMENDO!!

Além da falta de empatia, não tem respeito com os clientes. Você agendando uma consulta, dificilmente será atendido.
Hoje fui com uma consulta agendada e a Doutora não atendeu meu filho, pois disse que iria viajar. É brincadeira!
