★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei duas embalagens de ovos Mombuca Caipira e ao abrir uma das embalagens (que estava devidamente fechada para a comercialização) e retirar o produto para preparar, tive uma desagradável surpresa... Três unidades estavam avariadas, furadas, manchadas e o cheiro ruim. Reclamei pelo número da whatsapp da embalagem, mas não obtive retorno...
I bought two packs of Mombuca Caipira eggs and when I opened one of the packs (which was properly closed for sale) and removed the product to prepare, I had an unpleasant surprise... Three units were broken, punctured, stained and the smell was bad. I complained about the whatsapp number on the package, but I didn't get a return...

Comprei ovos em um mercadinho aqui perto de casa e fiquei feliz por ser de galinhas livres de gaiolas, respeitando o processo natural dos seres que nos dão alimento; Uma vez que não conseguimos ficar sem ovos, pelo menos que sejam comprados de produtores que respeitem os animais! Vi umas fotos no site e há galinhas brancas engaioladas. Isso me deixou desanimadas porque TODAS as aves tem que receber o mesmo tratamento e cuidados. Esperam que revejam para que não caiam na falta de confiança do consumidor.
I'm from SP/Capital. I bought eggs at a grocery store near my house and I was happy to be from cage-free hens, respecting the natural process of beings that give us food; Since we can't run out of eggs, at least buy them from animal-friendly producers! I saw some pictures on the website and there are white chickens in a cage. This made me discouraged because ALL birds have to receive the same treatment and care. They expect them to review so they don't fall into lack of consumer confidence.
