★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido via FUNDEP de uma bala de CO2 porém tive dois problemas sérios com a empresa. Primeiramente não acharam o meu pedido e não mandaram no dia estipulado. Depois que eu liguei e passei novamente o número do pedido eles acharam e disseram que iam enviar no próximo dia útil no primeiro horário da manhã. No fatídico dia, a entrega chegou próximo das 13 horas, então todo o combinado com as pessoas que iam receber a recarga desandou. Resultado, tive que ficar conversando com o entregador por telefone diversas vezes e ele teve que ficar esperando alguém chegar no local pra poder fazer a entrega.
I placed an order via FUNDEP for a CO2 bullet but I had two serious problems with the company. First, they did not find my order and did not send it on the stipulated day. After I called and passed the order number back they found it and said they would send it out the next business day at the first time in the morning. On the fateful day, delivery arrived close to 1 pm, so everything arranged with the people who were going to receive the refill went wrong. A result, had to be talking to the phone for delivery several times and he had to wait for someone to come on site to be able to make the delivery.
