Foi uma experiência frustrante e de grande desgaste.
Uma empresa da envergadura da Oxiteno devia se envergonhar do tratamento imposto aos motoristas que adentram seu site para fazer coleta ou entrega.
Nem de longe se compara a grandeza da empresa com o tratamento a nós dispensado.
A sala dos motoristas é algo grotesco, sem ventilação adequada e com acomodações em concreto. Não há cadeiras individuais e as longas esperas, durante o processo de carga e descarga, sentados no concreto frio se tornam intermináveis.
O banheiro é conjugado com o mesmo. Logo, se alguém fizer uso, ao abrir a porta todos são atingidos com os odores pertinentes.
Porém, não creio que a diretoria tenha conhecimento disso, pois em pleno 2020 na busca pela excelência e valorização do ser humano individualmente, sendo inclusive mencionada em vídeos corporativos de integração, essas pequenas práticas deviam no mínimo ter uma atenção especial.
Tive um ponto positivo, a alimentação é de alta qualidade e de graça.
Espero que alguém que tenha autoridade de mudança, veja aquele lugar e julgue se gostaria de receber aquele tratamento...

A company of the size of Oxiteno should be ashamed of the treatment imposed on drivers who enter its website to collect or deliver.
The company's grandeur cannot be compared with the treatment given to us.
The drivers' room is somewhat grotesque, without adequate ventilation and with concrete accommodation. There are no individual chairs and the long waits, during the loading and unloading process, sitting on the cold concrete become endless.
The bathroom is connected with it. Therefore, if someone makes use of it, when opening the door everyone is affected with the pertinent odors.
However, I do not believe that the board is aware of this, because in the middle of 2020 in the search for excellence and appreciation of the individual human being, even being mentioned in corporate integration videos, these small practices should at least have special attention.
I had a positive point, the food is high quality and free.
I hope someone who has the authority to change will see that place and judge whether he would like to receive that treatment ...
