★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei o aparelho da ozônio Line, na promoção pela internet, porém não me atentei para o tamanho do cilindro, pois o vendedor a todo momento me dizia que a única coisa que mudaria seria a maleta, receberia uma de nylon e não a de Titânio. O da promoção não muda somente a maleta, muda o Cilindro também, para um bem pequeno de 1,7 litros que não comporta fazer muitos procedimentos. Fui obrigada a comprar um outro cilindro o que ficou mais caro do que o kit fora da promoção, porém ainda fiquei sem a maleta de titânio! Ao iniciar os procedimentos para instalação dos utensílios no aparelho, observei que o regulador de fluxo de oxigênio está com defeito, inclusive constatado por eles.
Conclusão, as vezes o barato sai caro!!!
Agora estou no aguardo para que eles me respondam e me digam quando será enviado um regulador funcionando. A demora nas respostas também são muito grandes!!!
Estou totalmente arrependida por ter escolhido a marca ozônio line para esta compra !
I bought the Ozone Line device, in the promotion on the internet, but I did not pay attention to the size of the cylinder, because the seller at all times told me that the only thing that would change would be the suitcase, I would receive a nylon one and not Titanium one. The promotion doesn't just change the case, it changes the Cylinder too, for a very small one of 1.7 liters that does not support doing many procedures. I was forced to buy another cylinder which was more expensive than the kit out of the promotion, but I was still without the titanium case! When starting the procedures for installing the utensils in the device, I noticed that the oxygen flow regulator is defective, even found by them.
Conclusion, sometimes the cheap is expensive !!!
Now I'm waiting for them to answer me and tell me when a working regulator will be sent. The delays in answering are also very long !!!
I'm totally sorry for choosing the ozone line brand for this purchase!

Me passaram um 0800 da White Martins que não abastece cilindros de terceiros, quando você liga para ozonioline não atendem o telefone e não respondem no zap. Lamentável assistência nota zero para um equipamento muito caro.
I bought the ozone line equipment and now I can't fill the cylinder with oxygen. They gave me a 0800 from White Martins that doesn't supply third-party cylinders, when you call ozonioline, they don't answer the phone and don't answer the zap.
