★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendedor enrolado ... Caixa dos produtos na maioria das vezes está danificada, aparelhos não vem lacrados ,controle do meu ps4 pro veio com defeito, porém foi trocado na loja. Mas muitos clientes tendo que voltar a loja pra reclamar de produtos com defeito.
Nao recomendo.
Seller wrapped up ... Product box is most often damaged, devices are not sealed, control of my ps4 pro came defective, but was changed in the store. But many customers having to go back to the store to complain about defective products.
I do not recommend.

Bad, they do not issue electronic invoices, only a cold invoice. I am currently going to the IRS after having already entered the procon. A shame you can't give 0 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava pesquisando preços do PS4 e resolvi dar uma passada nessa loja, a princípio fui mal atendido por um único funcionário que estava no stand, me passou: "o preço é tal" e mais nada, fui pesquisar outras lojas e stands até que passei por lá de novo e o funcionário que me atendeu mal não estava, estavam outros dois, daí fui arriscar ir e pediu os valores, fui super bem atendido! Me mostrou as opções que o mesmo console tinha, as capacidades, os valores perguntou se me interessava por jogos, passou as formas de pagamento etc enfim acabei por levar o produto pois o que me atendeu me atendeu super bem da segunda vez.
Trabalhar com comércio é isso, ter atendimento diferenciado, não precisa ser puxa saco mais é saber vender o seu peixe sem espantar os outros, as vezes o primeiro cara que me atendeu estava em um dia ruim, mas no fim deu tudo certo, a principio nenhum problema com o console e os equipamentos, recomendo a loja!!
I was researching PS4 prices and decided to stop by this store, at first I was poorly attended by a single employee who was at the stand, he said to me: "the price is such" and nothing else, I went to look for other stores and stands until I passed by there again and the employee who attended me was barely there, there were two others, so I took the risk and asked for the values, I was super well attended! He showed me the options that the same console had, the capabilities, the values asked if I was interested in games, passed the payment methods etc. I ended up taking the product because the one that served me served me very well the second time.
That's what working in the commerce is, having differentiated service, it doesn't have to be a pain in the ass, it's knowing how to sell your fish without scaring others away, sometimes the first guy who helped me was having a bad day, but in the end everything worked out, at first no problem with the console and equipment, I recommend the store!!
