★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento de suporte é muito desorganizado, estou das 9:00 da manhã até as 14:00 da tarde tentando contato e mesmo depois de mais de meia hora na linha aguardando atendimento a linha simplesmente cai. O SKYPE não respondem. Preciso de um retorno!!!
The support service is very disorganized, I am from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm trying to contact and even after more than half an hour on the line waiting for service the line simply goes down. SKYPE does not respond. I need a return !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pós vendas é ruim, a equipe do suporte é muito boa e atenciosa, mas é muito demorado pra receber o atendimento, ficamos mais de 40 minutos na linha e a ligação cai. E não atendem o skype. :(
After sales is bad, the support team is very good and attentive, but it takes too long to receive the service, we spent more than 40 minutes on the line and the call goes down. And they don't answer skype. :(
