★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tivemos uma péssima impressão ontem dia 12/06/2017 ao comemorar dia dos namorados. Além do péssimo atendimento, pessoas levantando para buscar bebidas no balcão, mesas vazias sujas com clientes esperando ser atendidos. O bar cheio e a cerveja acabou e o pior casais sendo informados que na cozinha não havia mais nada e tendo que ir embora em plena noite do dia dos namorados. Isso mostra um completo despreparo para uma noite tão especial para inúmeros casais e tantas decepções. Tem muitos a melhorar para atender bem os clientes.
We had a very bad impression yesterday 06/12/2017 when celebrating Valentine's Day. In addition to the terrible service, people getting up to get drinks at the counter, dirty empty tables with customers waiting to be served. The bar was full and the beer was over and the worst couples were told that there was nothing left in the kitchen and had to leave in the middle of Valentine's Day. This shows a complete lack of preparation for such a special night for countless couples and so many disappointments. There are many to improve to serve customers well.
