Quando a empresa não tem capacidade para executar o serviço ou não tem disponibilidade, é melhor negar e não pegar o serviço ao invés de ficar enrolado o clientes durante praticamente 1 ano.
I left 6 boards to renovate it was 10 months old, I went twice to charge for the service and always had excuses. Today I went there and collected the 6 plates.
When the company does not have the capacity to perform the service or does not have availability, it is better to deny it and not take the service instead of getting involved with the customers for practically 1 year.
