★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, atendimento péssimo, a médica (Maria Victoria) mal olhou na minha cara e muito menos no meu pé que está inchado e praticamente com o dobro do tamanho e com vários cortes, espero nunca mais precisar voltar nesse lugar!

Mais de 3 horas de espera para vermos apenas 3 pessoas serem atendidas enquanto sintomas não gripários são atendidos com mais agilidade, como não priorizar os sintomas gripários onde as pessoas estão uma em cima da outra, uma apenas com uma gripe ao lado de uma com covid, um descaso total...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Começando pela recepção funcionários não sabe da informações aos pacientes , faz pouco caso quando vão fazer um tipo de reclamação , tipo porque está demorando a me chama !? Eles diz vai na triagem e fala com eles ! Tipo recepção tem que ser informada e sabe acalma o pacientes. Agora o médico vc fica 4 hrs pra se atendida e o médico nem olha na sua cara e só sabe passa amoxicilina. Mas responsabilidade com a vida do próximo
