Passou-se mais algumas semanas e atrasaram novamente. Não deram satisfação. Nós clientes, que temos que cobrar a empresa. E quando cancelamos o pedido, apenas aceitaram o cancelamento sem dar o minimo de valor.
Realmente um descaso com o cliente.
I had ordered placed well in advance. Delayed and did not give the least satisfaction. When we inquired about the company, it informed that they had contacted them. A few more weeks passed and they were late again. They did not give satisfaction. We customers, who have to charge the company. And when we cancel the order, they just accepted the cancellation without giving the minimum amount.
Really a disregard for the customer.
