Com muita humildade precisam trocar de afiliada na Bahia. Outro detalhe São Paulo para a Bahia de avião é 2 horas . De carro 2 dias. ViaPacifica é 2 meses. Falta de coerência e nas informações 1 dia fala uma coisa outro dia fala outra coisa. Mentirosos. Extraviaram minha entrega e ficam com mentira. Falta de ética. Se eu tivesse comprado da Lua ao invés de SP. A NASA já tinha ido na Lua já havia retornado e entregue e a ViaPacifica ainda deveria estar tirando o conhecimento de transporte. Nota zero para a o processo Logístico de vocês. Infantil.
Resumindo NAO RECOMENDO.
Bad experience. Delay for delivery lack of internal communication. Primary errors. They outsource the delivery service. The outsourced company in Bahia is the worst. With great humility they need to change their affiliate in Bahia. Another detail from São Paulo to Bahia by plane is 2 hours. By car 2 days. ViaPacifica is 2 months. Lack of coherence and in the information 1 day says one thing another day says another thing. Liars. They lost my delivery and are left with a lie. Lack of ethics. If I had bought from Lua instead of SP. NASA had already gone to the Moon, had already returned and delivered and ViaPacifica should still be taking the bill of lading. Zero score for your Logistics process. Childish.
