★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encontrei na OLX um MINI COOPER CABRIO dessa loja, entrei em contato pelo Chat, liguei e troquei msgs pelo WhatsApp com o vendedor. Quem me atendeu e me garantiu que não perderia viagem. Bem como que o MINI não tinha retoque e que só tinha um esfolado no couro do banco do motorista. Confiei nele e sai de Barretos, perdendo meu tempo e dinheiro. Vi o carro há poucos minutos 29-03-2021 as 14.00 horas, em 30 segundos vi que tinha retoque na lateral traseira esquerda, o teto está todo surrado e desfiado, faltando peças do carro no porta malas. Péssimo atendimento, pra não dizer desonesto. Não recomendo a ninguém. Hoje por causa desse tipo de vebdedor, perdi meu tempo e dinheiro (combustível, alimentação e pedágios). Que decepção. Sejam mais honestos com o cliente. Tenho as telas do WhatsApp para comprovar a "conversinha mole" do vendedor. Não consegui chegar em Barretos para avaliar essa péssima experiência. Nota ZERO!
I found a MINI COOPER CABRIO from that store in OLX, I contacted by Chat, called and exchanged messages through WhatsApp with the seller. Who attended and assured me that I would not miss a trip. As well as that the MINI had no touch-up and that it only had one skinned on the leather of the driver's seat. I trusted him and left Barretos, wasting my time and money. I saw the car a few minutes ago 03/29/2021 at 2:00 pm, in 30 seconds I saw that it had a touch-up on the left rear side, the roof is all battered and frayed, the car parts missing in the trunk. Bad service, not to mention dishonest. I don't recommend it to anyone. Today because of this type of vebdedor, I wasted my time and money (fuel, food and tolls). What a disappointment. Be more honest with the customer. I have WhatsApp screens to prove the salesman's "soft talk". I was unable to arrive in Barretos to evaluate this bad experience. Note ZERO!
