Já o atendimento, não posso dizer o mesmo. Funcionárias atendem como se tivessem fazendo um favor ao cliente, totalmente fechadas, mal humoradas e grossas. E não foi somente ontem, no primeiro dia do ano, já aconteceu outras vezes. Enfim, ainda bem que existem outras padarias no município, pois o que conquista/cativa o cliente, está bem acima do que o estabelecimento vende. O que realmente importa é a humanidade e a empatia com que SERES HUMANOS que compram são tratados.
 The products are good, nothing to complain about.
As for the service, I cannot say the same. Employees serve as if they were doing a favor to the customer, totally closed, grumpy and rude. And it wasn't just yesterday, on the first day of the year, it has happened other times. Anyway, it's a good thing that there are other bakeries in the city, as what conquers/captivates the customer is way above what the establishment sells. What really matters is the humanity and empathy with which HUMAN BEINGS who buy are treated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente a padaria vai ficar na minha memória como o pior cappuccino que já tomei, ou melhor, que pedi e não tomei pois estava muito ruim. O pão de queijo esfarelento, talheres descartáveis, atendimento mediano, local não muito limpo. Minha experiência não foi agradável. Fatia de bolo de sabor regurar. Pode ser que para quem apenas vá ao local comprar itens para o café como pães, frios e leite seja uma boa opção, mas para mim foi bem ruim comer lá.
Unfortunately, the bakery will stay in my memory as the worst cappuccino I've ever had, or rather, I've asked for it and not had it because it was really bad. The crumbly cheese bread, disposable cutlery, average service, not very clean place. My experience was not pleasant. Slice of flavored cake. It may be that for those who just go to the place to buy items for breakfast such as breads, cold cuts and milk, it is a good option, but for me it was really bad to eat there.
