Fui até uma funcionária perguntar e a mesma disse que estava sendo preparado, foi que eu disse está demorando, pois já tinha se passado 20' que eu estava aguardando. Ela simplesmente olhou por cima do ombro e disse que não poderia resolver ?. Respirei fundo e aguardei, só fiquei esperando pq o rapaz que estava preparando foi muito educado e atencioso. Pelo que eu vi estava se aproveitando pelo mesmo ser novato. Ele estava atendendo os pedidos e indo preparar!
