Olhei em volta e sĂł vi duas pessoas em uma mesa, mas acreditei que fosse demorado talvez. PorĂ©m entrou um casal e vi que foram servidos, foi quando questionei as duas funcionĂĄrias se haviam esquecido, elas simplesmente, apĂłs meu pedido, ficaram conversando e esqueceram, mas no lugar de se desculparem, disseram que estavam fazendo. A chapa estava desligada. Ou seja, atendimento da pior qualidade. E geralmente isso acontece em Cachoeiro por inabilidade dos empresĂĄrios para investir em treinamento e valorização profissional. LamentĂĄvel
Terrible. I ordered a coffee with small cream and French bread on the plate. I sat down and while using the cell phone I noticed a long delay. I looked around and saw only two people at a table, but I thought it might take some time. But a couple came in and I saw that they were served, that's when I questioned the two employees if they had forgotten, they simply, after my request, kept talking and forgot, but instead of apologizing, they said they were doing it. The plate was off. In other words, the worst quality service. And this usually happens in Cachoeiro due to the inability of entrepreneurs to invest in training and professional development. Unfortunate
