★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoje 28/02/2020 e pedi uma pizza frita a qual não tinha recheio, reclamei com a atendente e ela me deu outro salgado a qual foi um hambúrguer assado que por sinal estava com a massa azeda. Novamente reclamei com a atendente, não fui cobrada pelos salgados mas sai totalmente satisfeita pois deixei parei no local porque estava com fome e sai com fome. Pedi livro de reclamações e me deixaram 10 minutos esperando no balcão, o livro de reclamações não estava visível e tentaram me enrolar. Eu deixei a minha queixa no livro de reclamações, a funcionária destacou a minha via e nem colocou o nome e muito menos CNPJ do estabelecimento, eu que tive que pedir e mesmo assim o CNPJ está anotado faltando números, ou seja, errado. Pesquisei na internet e vi o CNPJ certo e vou procurar o PROCON.
 I went today 02/28/2020 and ordered a fried pizza which had no filling, I complained to the attendant and she gave me another salty which was a baked hamburger which by the way had the sour dough. Again I complained to the attendant, I was not charged for the salty snacks but I left completely satisfied because I left I stopped at the place because I was hungry and left hungry. I asked for a complaints book and they left me 10 minutes waiting at the counter, the complaints book was not visible and they tried to roll me up. I left my complaint in the complaints book, the employee highlighted my copy and didn't even put the name, let alone the establishment's CNPJ, I had to ask and even then the CNPJ is noted missing numbers, that is, wrong. I searched the internet and saw the right CNPJ and I will look for PROCON.
